Uganda Gorilla Trek 3 days
Depart from Kampala in the early morning and drive south west to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to enjoying tracking the Mountain Gorillas. Have lunch on the way and pleasure in the scenic drive as you drive through the verdant countryside with rolling hills. You can also take pictures of the beautiful terrain. In the late afternoon, arrive at you place of accommodation and check in. you are free to choose the place you want to lodge as there are a variety of facilities ranging from low budget, moderate, to the up-market tented facilities all close to the gorillas.
Dine and sleep at your lodging place as you await the big day of tracking the Mountain Gorilla the following day. You will comfortable share the night in the rainforest a home of half the total population of the endangered gorillas in the world.

After an early morning breakfast, head to the headquarters of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park to meet the guides and have a briefing about the gorilla tracking. You will be separated into groups in which you will do the tracking. From there you will enter into the thick moist forest. You will hike through the mysterious slopes of the forest where you will see numerous wonders other than the mountain gorillas. you will marvel at the stunning vegetation and the wildlife among which will be other primates, birds, butterflies and mammals.
The tracking may require careful climbing until you finally come face to face with the tranquil but powerful impressive mountain gorillas. you will be able to closely observe them just meters away and see how they take care of their young ones, feed, play and their general lifestyle. Mountain gorillas can never be found in zoos but in just different parts of Africa.
Good enough due to the tireless efforts of conservation and wildlife organizations, the species is thriving and properly surviving in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where you can always take a safari to visit them.You will then return to the park’s headquarters and if you still can, have a village walk to interact wit the locals and observe their traditional ways of brewing beer. You will be entertained b music and dancing by the natives of the area, just to give you a wonderful and very memorable day.
Have breakfast and then check out of your lodges. You will head back to the capital city Kampala having lunch on the way in Mbarara town, and making a stop at the Uganda Equator to take some photographs and also visit the souvenir shop where you can always pick one for yourself.
